Job Description:
We are hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at renovation and carpentry job sites. You will ensure the project runs smoothly, safely, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise site activities and ensure work is done according to plan.
• Coordinate daily tasks with subcontractors and workers.
• Monitor attendance, material usage, and progress on site.
• Report issues, delays, or changes to the Project Manager.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Assist in on-site problem solving and provide practical solutions.

Requirements:
• Certificate/Diploma in construction or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in site supervision (renovation/carpentry preferred).
• Good understanding of construction and carpentry work.
• Able to read technical drawings and supervise a team.
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to work under pressure.
